About IBA

As a small department, we foster a close-knit, family-like atmosphere. Our faculty members are approachable and dedicated to helping international students adjust both academically and culturally.

Students who join the International Business Administration (IBA) program embark on a journey alongside students from all over the world.  Working together in groups and small classes, students acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to address the challenges facing international businesses and other organizations.  At the same time, students develop the inter-cultural and interpersonal skills that will enable their success on the next stage of their journey.  IBA graduates have journeyed on to successful careers in leading international corporations (including Korea’s largest conglomerates).  They have also entered top graduate schools in Europe, North America, and Asia.

Here, we believe that learning happens best in a diverse and supportive community. Our students come from Korea and all around the world, learning side by side in a truly global classroom. With close guidance from our faculty, every student is encouraged to grow not only academically but also personally and professionally.

Our curriculum covers everything from accounting, finance, and marketing to HR, international trade, and business analytics.
