교수소개

본인은 박사 과정중에 전기화학적인 방법을 이용하여 단백질의 생촉매
(Biocatalyst)과 이러한 효소들을 직접 전극(Electrode)표면에 고정시킨 후에
단백질 내에서의 전자전달반응을 규명하였습니다. 학위취득후 박사후 연구원
으로 생체내에 있는 연료를 사용하여 아주 미세한 바이오센서(Biosensors)나
기기를 운전할수있는 생물연료전지(Biofuel Cell)에 관하여 연구하였습니다.
또한 전기화학적인 방법을 이용하여 쉽고 간편하게 DNA나 RNA를 검출할수있
는 바이오칩(Biochip)나 생체내에 있는 당을 검출할수있는 혈당센서
(Glucose Biosensor)에 관한 연구를 수행하였습니다
