경제학과

교수소개

서강대학교 경제학과를 졸업, 동 대학교 대학원에서 경제학 석사학위를 취득
하고 미국 University of Pennsylvania 경제학과에서 박사학위를 취득하였다.
박사학위논문은 화폐탐색균형에 관한 "Essays on Market Frictions and
Money"이며, 이 분야에서 Econometrica 논문심사를 맡기도 하였다. 귀국 후
에는 한국금융연구원에서 국내외 거시금융 구조 및 현안 분석을 담당하였으
며, 2009년 본교 경제학과에 부임하였다.
주요 연구분야는 균형탐색이론에 기초한 화폐금융경제학이며, 화폐금융 현상
외에도 거시경제학의 다양한 주제에 대한 탐색이론 관점의 접근과 그 적용에
관심을 가지고 있다.
