[Roles&Responsibilities]
-Create learning environment to
enhance global competencies
-Develop in-house English training
program(curriculum contents program)
-Assist KR teams in preparing for
meeting with HQ and facilitate active participation during meeting.
-After
the meeting, facilitator gives feedback to employees on areas for
improvement
-Participate in additionally aligned projects if
necessary.

[Requirements]
-Native speaker.
-Teaching experience as
an English instructor or relevant experience.
-Good written & oral
communication and presentation skills
-Good interpersonal and networking
skills
-Good coordination, meeting, and facilitation skill.
-Coaching
skills.
-More than 2~3 years in any of the facilitation sector.
(Relevant
degree, coursework or technical certification etc.)
-Good knowledge in game
industry or high tech industry.
-Passion for Blizzard games.
