우리 대학은 성적 정정 절차의 간소화와 정확한 성적 처리를 위해 성적공시제도를 시행하고 있습니다. 웹정보시스템에서 확인한 실제 성적이 예상 성적과 다른 경우 정정신청 기간[25.12.30.(화)~26.01.03(토)]에 담당교강사에게 이의신청을 하면 담당교수가 성적에 대해 검토 및 정정을 진행할 수 있습니다.

※ 성적정정 및 이의신청시 반드시 담당교강사의 이메일이 아닌 웹정보시스템에서 신청하시기 바랍니다.

강의평가는 현재 수강 중인 강의에 대한 학생 의견을 직접적으로 담당교수에게 전달할 수 있는 효율적인 제도입니다. 평가 결과는 더 나은 강의를 위해 활용되는 자료인 만큼 우리 대학의 교육환경 개선을 위해 신중하고 진실한 피드백을 부탁드립니다.

□ 일정 및 절차

※ 강의평가는 포털 로그인을 통해 비공개로 실시되며, 평가내용은 개인정보보호법에 따라 절대 익명성이 보장되며, 평가에 따른 불이익 전혀 없음

※ 교강사의 담당 교과목별 강의평가 결과확인은 성적평가 공시 종료 후 응답률, 평균점수, 의견 또는 강의 건의사항 조회만 가능

2. Grade Announcement System

To simplify grade correction procedures and ensure accurate grade processing, the University operates a Grade Announcement System.
If the grade shown in the Web Information System differs from the expected result, students may submit an objection to the course instructor during the grade objection period
(December 30, 2025 – January 3, 2026). The instructor will then review and, if necessary, correct the grade.

※ Grade correction requests and objections must be submitted through the Web Information System, not via email to the instructor.

[Procedure]

Instructor inputs grades
→ Student checks grades via Web Information System
→ Student submits objection through Q&A
→ Instructor reviews and responds to the objection
→ Instructor revises the grade or maintains the original grade

3. Grading Policy

All courses are evaluated under Relative Grading I,
except for courses designated as Relative Grading II, Pass/Fail (P/F), or Absolute Grading.

4. Course Evaluation

Course evaluations provide students with an opportunity to directly share feedback on currently enrolled courses with the instructor. As the results are used to improve the quality of instruction, students are kindly requested to provide thoughtful and sincere feedback to help enhance the University’s educational environment.

Schedule and Procedure

※ Course evaluations are conducted confidentially through portal login. In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, complete anonymity is guaranteed, and no disadvantages will result from participation.

※ Instructors may view only the response rate, average scores, comments, and suggestions for each course after the grade announcement period has ended.
