Two Semesters 10 Months Approx. 3,800,000 KRW (3,000 USD)
  • The dormitory fees are calculated on a semester basis rather than a daily rate. Consequently, no adjustments or reductions in fees will be made, regardless of late arrival or early departure in relation to the specified move-in and move-out dates.
  • For students staying across two semesters, the payment structure is as follows: 2,200,000 KRW for the initial semester (6 months inclusive of breaks) and 1,600,000 KRW for the subsequent semester, payable at the start of each respective semester.
  • During the initial week of each semester, students are required to settle their dormitory fees using cash only. Please note that alternative payment methods such as credit cards or checks will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Should a student opt to vacate the dormitory midway through the semester, a refund for the remaining duration is possible, albeit subject to a 25% deduction. To receive the refund, students must hold a Korean bank account. Refunds will not be issued for periods of stay less than 30 days.
