학과소개
Dr. Shin earned his Ph.D from Michigan State University majoring human resource management and industrial relations. He has worked for Ministry of Labor as a director and joined the faculty of Dankook University in 2003. He won the Best Dissertation Award from LERA in the United State (2002) and the Best Article Award from KIRA in Korea (2006). Dr. Shin lectures Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Labor Law, etc. His articles are published on Journal of Industrial Relations and other Korea academic journals.
