Dr. Rha received the Ph.D. degree in Business Administration from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA in 2013. His research interests are in the areas of supply chain management. He is the author of numerous articles published in a variety of journals including Management Decision, Service Business, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, Industrial Management & Data Systems, Journal of Intelligence and Information Systems, Production and Inventory Management Journal, and International Journal of Information and Decision Science.
